Default Roles within ComplianceOne® mortgage

Role Description
Manage Loan Originator Allows a user to create transactions in the application and closing phases in ComplianceOne® mortgage.
Manage Mortgage Allows an Account Administrator to:
  • Copy an account
  • Add, edit and delete ComplianceOne® mortgage users in Administration
  • Maintain account information in Administration
  • Maintain Templates in Administration

Available ComplianceOne® mortgage permissions

Permission Functions
Create Transaction in Application Phase Allows a user to create transactions in the application phase.
Create Transaction in Closing Phase Allows a user to create transactions in the closing phase.
Import Administration Data Allows an Account Administrator to import data into Administration for ComplianceOne® mortgage.
Manage Administration for ComplianceOne® mortgage Allows an Account Administrator to access Administration.
Manage IP Filter Allows an Account Administrator to add or remove IP Addresses to the IP Address whitelist within SECURITY.
Warning: Modifying the IP Address Whitelist is not recommended during regular business hours. Users may be negatively affected if changes are made while they are using the application.
Manage Template Administration for ComplianceOne® mortgage Allows an Account Administrator to create, edit, copy, and delete template configurations in Administration.
Override Transaction Locking for ComplianceOne® mortgage Allows a user to override a transaction.
Override Transaction Validation Warnings in Application Phase Allows a user to override validation warnings on transactions in the application phase.
Override Transaction Validation Warnings in Closing Phase Allows a user to override validation warnings on transactions in the closing phase.
Print/Preview Documents Only in Application Phase Allows a user to print, preview, email, and save documents on transactions in the application phase.
Print/Preview Documents Only in Closing Phase Allows a user to print, preview, email, and save documents on transactions in the closing phase.
